Coach. Mentor. Author. Speaker. Visionary.
Scott Fishman is the founder of All-World Human Performance, a global learning community for athletes around the world founded on the principle that customized training programs and cultivating an elite athlete mindset are the best ways to unlock peak performance. He is a nationally-recognized leader in athletic coaching and his results-driven methodology combines the most cutting-edge sports science, research, and technology with an honest, straightforward, no-nonsense approach. His clients often describe his style as “no-BS” and high-intensity, while still mindful, patient, and focused on long-term progress. His inspiring and empowering coaching is a perfect hybrid of “book smarts meets street smarts.” It is calculated, yet personalized, and focused on addressing the athlete’s physical and mental needs. In this way, Scott’s training programs and coaching optimizes the success of the athlete’s body and mind. The underpinning of his leadership philosophy is simple: “Maximize everything you’ve got.”
Scott played nearly every sport as a kid and learned the value of teamwork. He fell in love with the speed, trash talking, and culture of basketball, and saw first-hand how quickly you can improve when you work hard. He worked for every single inch on his vertical jump and every 1/10 of a second shaved off his sprint time. He went from being one of the slowest players on the court to eventually signing a professional basketball contract and playing in the EBA and ABA. Later he would joke, “From the speed of a three-toed sloth and vertical jump the height of my size 13 shoes to signing a pro basketball contract…not bad!”
But helping people achieve a healthy body and mind is what Scott was born to do, and he has been fulfilling this true calling with love and passion ever since he started training athletes out of his parents’ backyard in 2001.
Armed with more than eleven years as head coach of Team All-American, he has trained over 500 individual clients, including both professional and amateur athletes on every continent except Antarctica. The athletes who have worked with Scott may have all come from different backgrounds, different sports, and harbored different goals, but Scott has helped empowered them to achieve their biggest athletic dreams, which has, in turn, helped uplift and transform entire teams such that they settle for nothing than less than their best. As he likes to say, “Fear kills more dreams than the best competition.”
Coach Scott’s online programs are recognized by other sports leaders as unique in the fact that there are few 100% personally-customized programs available online. His training programs have helped countless athletes obtain full-ride college scholarships, drop their marathon times by over an hour, and or achieve a personal record in distance running, sports performance, and fitness. In fact, his athletes, in aggregate, have set over 1,000 personal records in their respective sports across the board. His focus is to maximize his clients’ innate talents by helping them develop a crystal-clear sense of purpose and a relentless underdog mentality. It’s what led him to drive 13,650 miles across America to hand deliver resumes and network because he values “human-to-human interaction, eye contact, and a handshake.” He’s of an “old school” people-centric mindset, yet “new school” enough to run a world-class digital company that utilizes performance analytics and social media technology to help athletes around the world achieve athletic feats beyond their wildest dreams.
Additionally, Scott holds the gold standard in coaching certifications from the most prestigious training institutions including:
National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA)’s Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist (CSCS)
USA Track and Field (USATF)’s Certified Running Coach
USA Weightlifting (USAW)’s Certified Sports Performance Coach

DREAM BIG, ALL-IN EFFORT, SELFLESS SERVICE
Growing up with “a vertical jump height similar to the length of my size 13 Jumpman sneakers, the speed of a three-toed sloth, and never receiving an offer to play Division I college basketball,” Scott Fishman would pray every night as a child: “God, please do as much as you possibly can to maximize my chances of playing basketball at the University of North Carolina.” Golf was Scott’s natural sport, but that came easy for him; basketball was where his heart lay. He grew up in a loving family, a community of high achievers and in one of the best public schools systems, but Scott was an underdog, as, “No one came out my high school and played at UNC.” He was far from a high major prospect, but he started to develop into an athlete that could play DIII or DII basketball thanks to his tireless pursuit of VCR and DVD recordings of training programs for athletic performance and basketball skill development. In the winter, he would “hustle by shoveling snow and then reinvesting that money into VCR tapes and DVDs from coaches and trainers. The school janitor used to open the door for him after school hours so he could practice more than his competitors and gain the skills and edge he needed to help him reach his goals. Scott also used his brothers driver’s license to get a local gym membership and he started embracing shooting baskets as a way to deal with the anxiety and stresses of seeing your dream slip away day by day. The haters and doubters were all around. But it only fueled his dream of eventually becoming a professional basketball player.
After breaking his arm as a high school senior, Scott felt “broken-hearted and devastated” until his doctor told him, “you are done for the season.” Ironically, in the time when most people would give up, using the injury as an excuse, Scott became reinvigorated. It was the perfect challenge that God delivered and Scott had a new sense of purpose; his tears turned into immediate action. “I drove straight to the health food store with my mother. I began a disciplined visualization, lifestyle, and nutrition regimen, effectively healing what the doctor told him was an eight-to-twelve-week fracture in three-and-a-half weeks.” The doctor called it a “miracle” but Scott was thinking to himself, “If I could heal my arm in less than half the expected time, just think of how the right mindset could make me a better athlete.” This moment of insight began his lifelong research into sports psychology, meditation, mental imagery training, and strategies for unlocking maximum athletic potential, both mentally and physically.
However, even operating at 99% peak performance didn’t seem to be enough for Scott. Rejected as the last cut, first from the University of Wisconsin (a top 10 team in the country), and then from the University of Miami (a top 25 team in the country) college basketball team, things seemed bleak for some time. However, Scott understood what it took to attain athletic peak performance, especially as his soon-to-be college roommate Devin Harris left school after being drafted as the #5 pick in the NBA Draft, and his classmate, Jack McClinton, became one of the best 3-point sharpshooters and was drafted into the NBA.
Scott would not give up. It wasn’t about making a career as a professional athlete. It was simply about how his childhood idol, Michael Jordan, would regularly say, “become the best you can become,” or as John Wooden said, “Success is peace of mind in knowing you did your best to become the best you are capable of becoming.” Scott took the wisdom from these idols to heart, routinely recounting their words. He even selected John Wooden’s “success” quote in his high school yearbook. Scott was smart enough to know that playing pro basketball as a profession was simply not in his cards. It wasn’t about the money. It was about maximizing potential and having the peace of mind in knowing you did your best as, “I just refused to let myself stop playing the sport I love with regrets of not putting in my best effort. It was the fear of the pain of regret that I avoided by any means necessary.” It sure helped when he was at 100% and earned a pro contract.
Finally, after trying out at numerous professional basketball camps across the country, Scott was given a contract with the Virginia Wolverines of the Eastern Basketball Association (EBA). The dream had come true shortly after his “one more try” decision and he caught fire, hitting three pointers from everywhere around the court. He also played a season for the North Jersey Pros in the ABA. The 6’1 guy with “no hops and no speed” was a professional basketball player.
At that moment, Scott realized that if he could do it, perhaps he could inspire others to also be their absolute best, no matter what they were struggling with or what sport they were passionate about. Scott went on to found Team All-American Sports Performance Training to help people unlock that same determination and single-minded focus: the elite athlete mindset. Whether working with a marathon runner who needs to cut down his or her time before the next race, a high school basketball player trying to earn a college scholarship, or a busy parent who wants to get lean again, Scott’s motto is simple: “Dream Big, All-In Effort, Selfless Service.”
Ultimately, it wasn’t the playing in a basketball game, even as a professional, that fulfilled Scott the most. In fact, it was a taste of pro sports that made him not like it very much. It was about “me,” and not “we.” It was about the “bottom line” and padding one’s statistics to try and earn more money. Unfortunately, Scott found that professional sports were much less about what had inspired him as an athlete his whole life: the team concept of working together to achieve a common goal. Scott assisted two of his very talented, athletic basketball friends, Akeem Comas and Paul Arthur, in signing their own pro contracts as well. It was that experience of helping them achieve their dreams that further sparked Scott’s early desire to coach, which began at a basketball camp where he was offered his first job (and coaching job) from his mentor and former coach—New York State Basketball Hall of Famer Jack Kaminer. Scott used his long-honed work ethic as he started training local elementary, middle, and high school basketball players in his parent’s driveway. Like with his own training, Scott was open during “rain or shine.” He later installed fire torches around the basket to be able to work late into the evening after the Sun had long set. One of his favorite memories was when he lead an underdog youth team to a championship and the young boys doused him with water in their celebratory glory. It was at that moment—at MVP Basketball Camp—where Scott realized his love for team building and further solidified his innate passion for defying odds and helping others do the same.
With the goal of enhancing his coaching and serving athletes around the world, Scott visited a career coach and later created an online platform by utilizing personalized technology and one-on-one customized training programs. In the Summer of 2018, the culmination of Scott’s research, life experiences, passion, drive, and efforts evolved into what is now All-World Human Performance.
Much of it is still in Beta Testing, but his Mastermind Group, Leadership Academy, and the numerous services will deliver the science-backed hacks, secrets, checklists, digital files, eBooks, online courses, and certifications on peak performance necessary to bring any athlete from where they are to where they want to be. Constantly innovating and researching new ideas to offer his clients every ethical and legal way to get them to their peak performance and to unleash their elite athlete mindset, Scott is currently enrolled in a MS program for Sports Psychology and Coaching and editing his book, slated for release on 1.1.19.

Why Invest in Online Coaching with Scott?
A Personal Message From Coach Scott:
In the past eleven years at Team All-American and All-World Human Performance, I have helped over 500 people achieve athletic goals that they had previously failed at for five, ten, or even twenty years. And they have done it in less than one year of working with me because I am one of the only coaches to combine analytically-driven, completely customized training programs that combine the latest science about physical training with the components requisite for cultivating the elite mindset needed to unleash peak performance.
I have coached athletes on six of the seven continents (sorry Antarctica), with multiple athletes achieving 25 or more personal records in distance running and races. Some of these athletes have even improved their progress by more than 1,000% from their previous year. Countless athletes I’ve worked with go from being dissatisfied, unmotivated, and constantly injured to running farther and faster than ever before.
In the running world alone, athletes I have coached have earned full scholarships and competed at top sports colleges such as the University of Oregon, University of North Carolina, Syracuse University, Duke University, Clemson University, Stanford University, University of Miami, University of Wisconsin, Yale University, and New York University. Additionally, my clients have been featured in Runner's World, Running Times, and many other running and fitness publications. In fact, many of the experts in the fitness industry who coach professional athletes have actually been my clients, so they can share my secrets with their own elite runners, basketball players, and more.
Perhaps more importantly, I also know how to train athletes safely. When it comes to injury prevention, I have maintained a less than 3% injury rate (and that small percentage is mainly composed of those who do not follow my guidance) compared to the 66% of runners who get injured every year working with other coaches. Many of the runners that I have coached have had little or no running experience and are not genetically gifted or even lean athletes. But they have a relentless dedication to their dreams, and that’s why I take them on as clients. These are the dream athletes.
And the best part about all of this?
Through online coaching, I can now deliver all this at a fraction of the investment to you.
If you are one of those dream athletes, if you are someone who is willing to envision your athletic goal day after day and do whatever it takes to achieve it, I will help you fulfill your championship vision in twelve months.
For a limited time, I am offering 12 Months of Online 1-On-1 Private Consulting and 1-On-1 Private Coaching for Dream Athletes Ready to Unlock All-World Performance.
So let me ask you a question: If we were to sit down together twelve months from today, and we were to talk about everything we’ve accomplished together in the past year, what would you want to say? What would you look like and feel like exactly 365 days from now in your perfect world? What would have happened physically and mentally to leave you 100% satisfied with our work together? What goal would you have absolutely achieved, maybe even beyond your wildest dreams?
That vision you have in your mind right now is exactly what I offer you when we work together. You will go from where you are now to that. No exceptions, no excuses.
However, as you can imagine, I get a lot of interest in my coaching and consulting services. So, let me warn you:
This Is NOT for Everybody
I’m very picky about who I work with. After all, the athletes that I work with have pretty much open access to me day and night, because it takes 100% dedication on both sides when you’re dreaming so big. Therefore, I do have certain criteria that I expect of my athletes looking to join forces and be my dream athletes:
You must be teachable.
You must have big goals and fully committed to achieving those goals.
You must be completely serious about becoming your best and doing what it takes to make it happen.
You must be willing to envision your goal and strive for it every day without exception.
You must have some experience having been coached or trained.
Dream athletes are teachable, trust the process, and execute on the details. They must also be visionaries and forget the word “impossible.” If not, you’ve got no shot. I have other solutions for less committed athletes, but this is not for them.
This is for the winners and those who want to become elite.
Here’s What I Want You To Do Next…
If this sounds like you, I want you to complete the short inquiry form below:
Once you do, I will email you to schedule a call where we’ll go over what we can do to get you to where you need to be over the next twelve months.
Either way, there is no risk and you make no commitment by filling out the form or scheduling the call. At the end of the call, if we mutually feel like it’s a good fit, we’ll get started. If not, we will amicably end it there. You have absolutely nothing to lose.
WARNING – TIME IS A FACTOR!
One final word. It is physically impossible for me to work with more than a small group of people because of the intense and personal nature of this coaching. When all of the online coaching and consulting slots are filled with my dream athletes, I will be shutting down the offer.
So, I need you to act now if you are serious.
If you feel ready to dream big, work harder than you imagined, and reach your peak potential, fill out the application above.
Do it now: your dreams are calling.
